2 capsules are a source of: sodium salts, a key electrolyte involved in maintaining the fluid balance in the body; vitamin D, which contributes to normal muscle function; vitamin B5, which contributes to fatigue and tiredness reduction; vitamin C, which contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion.

Take 2 capsules with 500ml of water for each hour of physical exertion (up to a maximum of 8 capsules per day). 2 capsules are a source of vitamin C, which contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion. The effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg (corresponding to 2 capsules) in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
